About me and my practice
I am passionate about my work always strive to form close working relationships. This is about you being heard and understood, no judgement or criticism. Being held in that safe space to explore, allow the better understand yourself and self awareness to grow. I believe the more we understand ourself, the more we are likely to grow, find the ability to know what we want and make better choices for our future.

Individual sessions run for 50 minutes and weekly booked at the same time if we can.

Since qualifying have been building private practice.
Now working as a supervisor to counsellors and offer consultative supervision for professionals.

I also work as an Audiologist.part-time and good with communication issues and those clients who have hearing impairment or need to lip read me on camera.

Initial Consultation
First sessions cover contracting together. We work out what is wanted from counselling and talk about the situation at hand, how you are feeling etc.
This is the opportunity to ask questions and see whether we are a good fit together.
First session - full payment is required before the start of the session.
Fees
Normal rate is £60 per session but if you will struggle to meet this fee, we can consider a reduced rates down to £45. I have a few slots requiring flexibility with timings put by but this dependents on availability.
